Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHV3-32 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGHV3-32 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher IGHV3-32 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV3-32 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UVM, KICH, and UCEC are the cancer types where IGHV3-32 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
