Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3-19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,124 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV3-19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway, and B cell receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with IGHV3-19 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-19-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-19 results are reported.
