IGHV2-70

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV2-70 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV2-70-associated genes across cancer lineages are OLFM1, CPTP, and LONRF2P4. Each is linked with IGHV2-70 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV2-70-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV2-70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OLFM1 grouped by IGHV2-70-low versus IGHV2-70-high in DLBC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV2-70→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV2-70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
