Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV1-69D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,267 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGHV1-69D-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFCAB11, MARVELD2, and ZCCHC10. Each is linked with IGHV1-69D in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV1-69D-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV1-69D results are reported.
