IGHV1-14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV1-14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,056 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV1-14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell activation, B cell receptor signaling pathway, and Alpha-beta T cell activation. Each is linked with IGHV1-14 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV1-14-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV1-14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B cell activation grouped by IGHV1-14-low versus IGHV1-14-high in CHOL.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV1-14→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV1-14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
