Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHV1-14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGHV1-14 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IGHV1-14 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV1-14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BRCA show a favorable association.

HNSC, BRCA, and ACC are the cancer types where IGHV1-14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
