IGHV1-12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV1-12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,102 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV1-12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell receptor signaling pathway, B cell activation, and Mononuclear cell migration. Each is linked with IGHV1-12 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV1-12-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV1-12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B cell receptor signaling pathway grouped by IGHV1-12-low versus IGHV1-12-high in CHOL.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV1-12→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV1-12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
