Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHD7-27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,965 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHD7-27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Thymic T cell selection, Leukocyte apoptotic process, and Positive T cell selection. Each is linked with IGHD7-27 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHD7-27-to-partner and partner-to-IGHD7-27 results are reported.
