Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHD7-27 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGHD7-27 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGHD7-27 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHD7-27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and READ show a favorable association.

UCEC, CHOL, and STAD are the cancer types where IGHD7-27 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
