IGHD3-10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHD3-10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,679 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHD3-10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation, Positive regulation of immune effector process, and Alpha-beta T cell activation. Each is linked with IGHD3-10 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHD3-10-to-partner and partner-to-IGHD3-10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHD3-10→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHD3-10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
