Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHD3-10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGHD3-10 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher IGHD3-10 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHD3-10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BRCA show a favorable association.

UVM, HNSC, and KIRP are the cancer types where IGHD3-10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
