IGHD2-8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHD2-8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,175 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHD2-8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MZB1, IL16, and IRF4. Each is linked with IGHD2-8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHD2-8-to-partner and partner-to-IGHD2-8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHD2-8→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHD2-8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
