IGHA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,999 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV1D-16, IGKV3-20, and JCHAIN. Each is linked with IGHA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHA1-to-partner and partner-to-IGHA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
