IGFBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGFBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 946 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGFBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAGE3, SNORD116-15, and RNU6-262P. Each is linked with IGFBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFBP2-to-partner and partner-to-IGFBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAGE3 grouped by IGFBP2-low versus IGFBP2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGFBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGFBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
