IGF2BP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGF2BP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGF2BP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGTA, PSMC3IP, and RPL23AP7. Each is linked with IGF2BP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGF2BP1-to-partner and partner-to-IGF2BP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SGTA grouped by IGF2BP1-low versus IGF2BP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGF2BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGF2BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
