IGF2-AS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGF2-AS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,916 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGF2-AS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glycogen (starch) synthase activity, Exocrine pancreas development, and Regulation of skeletal muscle tissue growth. Each is linked with IGF2-AS in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGF2-AS-to-partner and partner-to-IGF2-AS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of glycogen (starch) synthase activity grouped by IGF2-AS-low versus IGF2-AS-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGF2-AS→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGF2-AS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
