Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGBP1-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,885 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGBP1-AS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome organization, RNA export from nucleus, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with IGBP1-AS2 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGBP1-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-IGBP1-AS2 results are reported.
