IFT74

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT74 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,904 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT74-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAA, MTAP, and PSIP1. Each is linked with IFT74 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT74-to-partner and partner-to-IFT74 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IFT74 versus PLAA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT74→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT74) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
