IFT74

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT74 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,439 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT74-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH7, PIH1D2, and RIBC1. Each is linked with IFT74 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT74-to-partner and partner-to-IFT74 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IFT74 versus DNAH7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT74→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT74) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
