IFT74-AS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT74-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,038 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT74-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, Establishment of protein localization to mitochondrial membrane, and NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly. Each is linked with IFT74-AS1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT74-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-IFT74-AS1 results are reported.
