IFT122

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT122 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,428 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT122-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM16L, NARS1, and RNU6-1178P. Each is linked with IFT122 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT122-to-partner and partner-to-IFT122 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM16L grouped by IFT122-low versus IFT122-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT122→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT122) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
