IFNK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02394, MIR5704, and MIR4440. Each is linked with IFNK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNK-to-partner and partner-to-IFNK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02394 grouped by IFNK-low versus IFNK-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
