Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IFNA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-50P, FAM197Y6, and MIR6124. Each is linked with IFNA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA7-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
