IFNA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNA4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, GAPDH, and Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40. Each is linked with IFNA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA4-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by IFNA4-low versus IFNA4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
