IFNA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFNA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 162 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA17, FAM189B, and PTCHD3. Each is linked with IFNA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA4-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA17 grouped by IFNA4-low versus IFNA4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
