IFNA16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNA16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,142 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNA16-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5D3P, RPL17P14, and IFNWP5. Each is linked with IFNA16 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA16-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IFNA16 versus OR5D3P in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNA16→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNA16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
