Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNA16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 534 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IFNA16-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F6P1, SGTA, and CACTIN. Each is linked with IFNA16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA16-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, E2F6P1 grouped by IFNA16-low versus IFNA16-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNA16→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNA16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
