Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNA16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IFNA16-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 and Src_pY416. Each is linked with IFNA16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA16-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA16 results are reported.
