Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFIT1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,381 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IFIT1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS23, IFIT2, and IFIT3. Each is linked with IFIT1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFIT1B-to-partner and partner-to-IFIT1B results are reported.
