The most reproducible IFIT1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of protein localization in organelle, Antiviral innate immune response, and Response to type I interferon. Each is linked with IFIT1B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFIT1B-to-partner and partner-to-IFIT1B results are reported.
