IFI44

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFI44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,570 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFI44-associated genes across cancer lineages are HERC6, MX1, and TAP1. Each is linked with IFI44 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFI44-to-partner and partner-to-IFI44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IFI44 versus HERC6 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFI44→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFI44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
