IFI44

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFI44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,429 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFI44-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAP1, UBE2L6, and BST2. Each is linked with IFI44 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFI44-to-partner and partner-to-IFI44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IFI44 versus TAP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFI44→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFI44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
