IFI44

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFI44 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,936 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFI44-associated genes across cancer lineages are OAS3, OAS2, and IFIT3. Each is linked with IFI44 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFI44-to-partner and partner-to-IFI44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IFI44 versus OAS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFI44→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFI44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
