IFI44

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFI44 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,793 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFI44-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF280B, FARP1, and C19orf47. Each is linked with IFI44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFI44-to-partner and partner-to-IFI44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF280B grouped by IFI44-low versus IFI44-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFI44→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFI44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
