Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFI44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,051 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFI44-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Activation of innate immune response, Defense response to virus, and Antiviral innate immune response. Each is linked with IFI44 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFI44-to-partner and partner-to-IFI44 results are reported.
