IER2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IER2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 676 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP93, RNU6-633P, and SNORD116-19. Each is linked with IER2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IER2-to-partner and partner-to-IER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP93 grouped by IER2-low versus IER2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
