IDS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDS protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,126 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNB4, ACTB, and CTSC. Each is linked with IDS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDS-to-partner and partner-to-IDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IDS versus GNB4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
