IDH3G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDH3G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,051 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDH3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-108P, TRG-AS1, and TAF5LP1. Each is linked with IDH3G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDH3G-to-partner and partner-to-IDH3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-108P grouped by IDH3G-low versus IDH3G-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDH3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDH3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
