Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDH2-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,905 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDH2-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IDH2, MYO1C, and LMO7_S753. Each is linked with IDH2-DT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDH2-DT-to-partner and partner-to-IDH2-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IDH2-DT versus IDH2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
