Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IDH2-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IDH2-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher IDH2-DT RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IDH2-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and ESCA show a favorable association.

ACC, HNSC, and BLCA are the cancer types where IDH2-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
