Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDH1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,137 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDH1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, Peroxisome fission, and Protein maturation by iron-sulfur cluster transfer. Each is linked with IDH1-AS1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDH1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-IDH1-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly grouped by IDH1-AS1-low versus IDH1-AS1-high in DLBC.
