Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICOSLG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICOSLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-508P, RNU6-1292P, and RNU6-649P. Each is linked with ICOSLG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICOSLG-to-partner and partner-to-ICOSLG results are reported.
