Across TCGA cell cohorts, ICOSLG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,520 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICOSLG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, Positive regulation of amyloid precursor protein catabolic process, and Response to starvation. Each is linked with ICOSLG in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICOSLG-to-partner and partner-to-ICOSLG results are reported.
