Across TCGA cell cohorts, ICOSLG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICOSLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are ODF1. Each is linked with ICOSLG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICOSLG-to-partner and partner-to-ICOSLG results are reported.
