ICA1L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICA1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,660 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICA1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM149A, APBB1, and LINC02390. Each is linked with ICA1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICA1L-to-partner and partner-to-ICA1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ICA1L versus FAM149A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICA1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICA1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
