IATPR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IATPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,589 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IATPR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STK10, TBC1D2B, and ARHGAP30. Each is linked with IATPR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IATPR-to-partner and partner-to-IATPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IATPR versus STK10 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IATPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→IATPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
