Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HYDIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,875 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HYDIN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, HDGFL3, and DCLK1. Each is linked with HYDIN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYDIN2-to-partner and partner-to-HYDIN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HYDIN2 versus AGO1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYDIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYDIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
