Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HYDIN2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HYDIN2 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher HYDIN2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HYDIN2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and UCEC show a favorable association.

ACC, READ, and CESC are the cancer types where HYDIN2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
