HTR7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T35, FAM24A, and OR8B12. Each is linked with HTR7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR7-to-partner and partner-to-HTR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2T35 grouped by HTR7-low versus HTR7-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
