HTR5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,950 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLASRP_S456, REPS1, and AP3B1. Each is linked with HTR5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR5A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTR5A versus CLASRP_S456 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
